What you'll do

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you design and optimize the commercial engine of European B2B companies. You bring structure to chaos, turn HubSpot into a powerhouse, and make sure marketing, sales, and customer success work together seamlessly for predictable growth.
BONANA is growing fast, from a scrappy, ambitious crew into a leading business tech agency full of energy, learning, and results. That's why we're looking for an energetic Revenue Operations Specialist who wants to help build the new standard in RevOps.
What you'll do
You analyze customer needs and build complete RevOps frameworks that connect sales, marketing, and service.
You implement and optimize HubSpot processes, from workflows and automations to clear data flows.
You design dashboards and reports that deliver real insight and drive better decisions immediately.
You spot inefficiencies in processes and data, and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
You continuously experiment with AI tools and agents to make processes smarter and faster.
You train and enable client teams so they can confidently run their new setup.
You align with internal teams (developers, PMs, strategists) and clients to maximize impact.
