What you'll be doing

BONANA is looking for a RevOps Consultant who helps clients get their commercial processes firing on all cylinders. No vanity dashboards. Real impact. In this role, you are the strategic lead who uses a RevOps lens to deploy various tools (including HubSpot), eliminate friction between teams, and put the customer front and center.

You start with a RevOps scan and analysis, define the direction together with the client, and translate that into a clear optimisation plan. You run workshops to streamline the customer journey and turn those insights into a blueprint for an improved commercial process. You collaborate closely with a RevOps specialist, project manager, and occasionally a developer to bring the solution to life.

What you'll do

  • Translate client goals into a concrete blueprint

  • Conduct RevOps scans and provide advice based on a scoping document

  • Design dashboards, pipelines, lead scoring models, and handover moments

  • Coordinate projects alongside our team of specialists

How you work

What you bring

  • Experience in Revenue Operations (min. 2 years)

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, HubSpot experience is a plus

  • Understanding of commercial processes (Marketing, Sales, CS)

  • A consultancy mindset and strong communication skills

  • Based in Utrecht, with regular on-site work at client locations
