Client Manager
Your role as Client Manager
You are the central nervous system between our clients and the BONANA team. Not as a go-between, but as someone who genuinely understands what's going on, keeps expectations sharp, and makes sure every project lands the way it was meant to.
You switch daily between clients, developers, RevOps consultants, and designers. You know when to push someone, when to realign a client, and when to simply pick something up yourself. Your work is directly visible. Clients who no longer want to work without BONANA.
What you'll do
Project management across multiple fronts You manage multiple accounts simultaneously, keeping a close eye on planning, budget, and quality. You spot when something is about to slip and step in before it becomes a problem.
Client relationships that hold up You have conversations with clients who have high expectations. That's exactly what you enjoy. You translate those expectations into concrete actions for the team and ensure consistent delivery.
Internal alignment without noise You turn client needs into clear briefings for developers, consultants, and designers. No assumptions. No surprises down the line.
Building long-term growth relationships At BONANA, a client is not a project. It's a relationship. You build that relationship, spot opportunities for expansion, and make sure clients always feel they are exactly where they need to be.

Who you are
Skills & experience
HBO or university level of thinking and working
At least 3 years of experience in project management or account management, preferably in an agency or tech environment
You work in a structured way with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
Experience with HubSpot is a plus. If not, you pick it up fast
Personality
You take ownership. If something is about to stall, you start the conversation
You communicate clearly. Internally and externally. No noise, no assumptions
You keep multiple balls in the air without dropping any
You don't just want to finish projects. You want them to excel
You thrive in a high-pace environment with a lot of freedom

Salary & pension
Salary €3,700–€5,200 gross per month (L2/L3, depending on experience)
8% holiday allowance
€73 expense allowance per month
5% pension contribution via ASR
